The scheme is conceived as a micro campus for this educational institute, located on a relatively small site in the city. The existing Victorian house, which is a protected structure, is incorporated into the design and the new building forms a courtyard at the rear of this house. A subterranean library is proposed with light admitted from above through large glass lantern sculptures located at the front of the site.
