Projects > Conservation
The existing Victorian house was in a very poor state of repair and had been split into multiple occupancies. The project restores the house to a single residence and adds a rear extension creating an external courtyard as an intermediary space between house and garden. Some re-modelling was undertaken at the basement level of the house, whilst the upper two floors have been the subject of extensive repair and conservation work.
